BOB Cargo Carrier

I'm super confused. I've seen several of these BOB Cargo Carrier Strollers for sale.  I see what the Cargo Carrier is but I'm confused - is it just an accessory for the standard BOB Revolution stroller or are they sometimes a whole different piece of equipment (ie, not a stroller at all?)  I am fine w/getting this accessory with a stroller if I buy from Craig's List but I want the stroller.  Sorry if this is a dumb question...

It's not a stroller, it's just for carrying stuff. 

So, just buy the regular stroller.
