Newbie...totally lost...

So our child is due in May and I've decided that I definitely want to cloth diaper with this baby since I'm gonna be at home most of the time but I have NO idea where to start. I just want someone to tell me what to buy, how many, & show me how to do it...lol

Can anyone kind of guide me...where do I start, what are the first things I need to look at? I have a little bit of time but want to have everything ready to go before baby gets here.

Also, the Changing Diapers book would be an awesome starting place if you are looking for all the information on the web in one place. This book has diagrams of each type and explains how they work plus lots more information.
