How to judge a baby pool?

I am probably putting too much thought into this  

My sister is due in Oct with her first baby and I thought it would be fun to do a pool with family and friends for birthdate, time, weight, length.

Should I assign a point value to each and add up each person's points to determine the winner?

We used a free online website to set up a baby pool, I can't think of the address off the top of my head, let me see if I can find it. It was super easy to use and you could lock the guesses after a certain point.
