Remember all my posts about DD being a terrible eater? and bemoaning being underweight and her poor growth? I just wanted to let you guys know that she is doing much better, so maybe it was reflux and she grew out of it a little or maybe being independent helps a lot, but she loves nuts, which helps me, walnuts, pecans are soft and I let her eat a lot of those, fat and protein! She loves ice cream, she loves green beans, peas, corn, grapes, cantaloupe, hummus, sometimes cheese, crackers, banana bread, and salmon salmon salmon. I have gotten used to how to prepare for her and I just feel so happy to see that she eats a "toddler size" portion now more often. So there's hope for our pokey eaters!!!

Re: AW my lousy eater
That is great news!!
My DS # 1 was a picky eater and around 2 he started eating better and trying more stuff.
woohoo!
Can I ask how you serve the nuts? I'm super paranoid about the choking...
