I like Kate Sophia the best because although the other two choices are not bad at all, I associate them with being 80s names. 

I think Katherine/ Catherine/ Kathryn Sophia with Kate as a nn would also be a beautiful choice, and IMO it flows better.

I vote for Katherine Sophia or Jenna Marie.  (Voted for #2 in the clicky poll b/c I really only like Kate as a shortened form of Katherine/Catherine.)

Totally agree.

I'm not a huge fan of Katherine and all of it's forms. But I like Katelyn.
