    IDK about always on a holiday- I know they have the schedule of extra magic hours for WDW resort guests.

    Yes, I think they do during Mickey's Holiday Party time (or whatever it's called).  The schedule should be up for that now, if not soon.  Check to make sure it's not considered a special event when you go, but we went a couple years ago and I don't think it was.
