I just had a doctors appt and I have to go back on friday for a NST. My blood pressure was very high for me. If I don't do well with the NST then I will be induced over the weekend. Is this anything to be worried about? I know I shouldn't stress myself out, but my PG so far has been great, and to throw this in now has just shaken me up.

While pre-e is not fun and is a serious condition, you've gotten to a great point in your pregnancy.  I wouldn't worry too much as that raises bp, of course better said than done.  Good luck, and at least you may be holding your baby soon.
