We like Dr. Winkler at Irvine Pediatrics.  Great group of doctors.  They have walk-in office hours every day from 8am-9am for sick kiddos.  They also have a well-room and sick room for the kids.

I second Irvine Pediatrics. Love them. We use Dr. Downes, but they're all great.

Dr. Bette Carlson in Costa Mesa (Fairview and Baker).  She is amazing!  She talks a little fast but she takes time to answer all your questions and she is very thorough.  I love how attentive she is to not only our son but to me and my husband.  Good Luck in your search )
