I work out in the mornings 3x a week and wake up at 5. The rest of the time I wake up at 7. This causes my temps to fluctuate a lot and my chart is all over the place. The obvious answer would be to just wake up at 5 all the time to temp, then go back to sleep on the days that I can. The only problem is that I can't fall back asleep. So what would you do in this situation? I want accurate temps AND a full night of sleep!

I have a similar sitution, and I just temp when I wake up. I know it's not ideal, but it works and I'm able to see my shift to confirm ovulation.
I would get up early so I could maintain the consistency.
I think working out is a good suggestion
