New to the bump...Wondering if I could be pregnant??

I've been off the pill for a month..DH and I haven't been using any birth control this month.  Last week I experienced really tender, sensitive nipples for about five days.  For the past couple of days I've been hit with random nausea (which I suppose could be a stomach bug but I haven't been vomiting or exhibiting any other signs that would indicate a virus.), I literally have been on the sprite and crackers diet since Saturday.  As soon as the soreness in my nipples went away I began feeling the breast tenderness, which I usually get a week before my period.  I'm supposed to start around the 19th or 20th, but I guess I'm not sure if these are normal symptoms for someone who doesn't know they are pregnant yet.  I've gotten off the pill before and never had weird hormonal symptoms like this.  I think I just know there's a chance I could be pregnant, but not sure if these are valid symptoms of early pregnancy or if my hormones are possibly just out of whack.  Has anyone experienced anything like this before??  I'm not quite sure what to do.

I've had most of those symptoms and not been pregnant.

Test around the 19th--then you'll know.

If you dont get your period, then take a test. I used to get those symptoms when I came off the pill

I am in the same boat as you, I quit my birth control 3 1/2 weeks ago, and I had some breast tenderness last week. And for about 3 days now I have been extremley tired, and today I have been very dizzy. I don't know if it's from quitting my pills or if I could be pregnant. I'm expecting to start on Thursday so I guess I will just have to wait a couple more days to see which it is.

could be a chemical pregnancy. In saying that though, I just stopped my BC (NuvaRing) last month. about 4 DPO i had REALLY sore nipples, and now my breast are sore as well. I was also lightly cramping last night. My AF doesn't come until the 25th or 26th usually (very very consistent AF) so I'm thinking I might have conceived. But I won't know until my 2WW is up.

I have had some of that as well.  I'm going to take a test in a few days and see!

I had VERY sore nipples about 2 weeks after I came off the NuvaRing.  I wasn't pregnant then, but conceived the very next month!  I would just wait until you can take a test.  I took First Response 4 days before my period was due and tested positive, so you might be able to test now and get a positive result if you are, in fact, pregnant.
