It's been sitting in the cabinet forever. I have a craving for something spicy pumpkin not sweet pumpkin. Is there anything I can throw together? I know that's pretty vague, but I'm clueless.
Google kraft recipe for pumpkin spice cake. I don't use spice cake or the chocolate chunks either, I just use yellow cake. So yum! My favorite fall dessert.

This looks easy so I can probably pull it off (I suck at baking) but I don't have any baking powder or soda. I'll have to run out tomorrow and grab some. Do you think once it's baked it will freeze ok?

Breads usually freeze really well, especially dense ones like pumpkin. (I didn't actually look at the recipe though.)
Pumpkin dip! Blend it with cream cheese and cool whip and add spices (pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, etc) according to your taste. Serve cold with ginger snaps and apple slices.

Pumpkin mousse:
1 can pumpkin filling
1 box either pumpkin spice or cheese cake instant pudding (or vanilla too, but dude, cheese cake)
1 tub thingy of cool whip.
- Make pudding as per instructions on the box.
- Mix all that shiit together
- Chill it for a couple hours if you can stand to wait.
(Or you can omit the cool whip, put the pudding/pumpkin mixture in a pre-made grahm cracker crust and freeze it, then you have pumpkin-mud pie)
