Anyone dealing with Uterine Prolapse?

DH and I have been trying to have sex since 6w pp and it is still so painful.  After doing some research about my condition down there I think that I have uterine prolapse.  Is anyone else dealing with this?  I don't have an appt until sept 18th so I won't know for sure if that is it, but after research on my symptoms I am pretty confident that is what is going on.

    I'm sorry! I know my mom had a prolapse and it ended in a hysterectomy, but she was also about 40 when she had it done so she was done having kids. I hope you can get a different outcome if that's what you want.

    My mom had the same thing happen when she was in her late 30s.  I hope that it's not something you have to go through, but she hasn't had any complications from the surgery (and actually cheered because she was able to permanently get rid of AF a few years early, haha).

    Exactly this but it was my MIL and she was 42. I hope you can find out what is causeing the pain.

    I'm so sorry! I heard that sometimes doctors use transvaginal mesh implants for uterine prolapse, and they are investigating now if they are safe or not. I would recommend not getting that done if that option is presented.

    I thought I was, but it was extreme swelling. That was around 8 weeks PP. I hope you don't have it. You'll be in my thoughts. Let us know how the doc appointment goes!

    Thanks everyone for thinking of me.  I am really nervous and hope this isn't what is going on.  I will keep all of you updated when I have my appointment.
