CLX okay during pg?

Just found out I'm pg yesterday. Is it okay to continue with ChaLean Extreme during pregnancy, as long as I'm careful about not lifting too much?

  • I am 38 weeks and have done it and other Beachbody programs off and on throughout my entire pregnancy. The last couple of months I have done the modifications (limited my jumping) but it's still felt good to move. Listen to your body and you'll be fine.

  • I am still using my CLX dvds.  I did Lean phase 1 last night, which was probably a bad idea.  I felt really shaky afterwards--I will probably stay with the Push phase because you don't have to focus on upper and lower body at the same time.

    I haven't decreased my weight too much at all yet.

  • I pretty much continued all my pre-pregnacy workouts from running, to yoga, to DVDs.  I just listened to my body and modified when it felt necessary.
