This is the only way I've seen it, too!  I laughed harder at that Colbert segment than I've laughed in a while.

I googled "hail to the v" and summer's eve was the first thing that came up. They've apparently got this vagina-power campaign going on. Ha. The disturbing thing is that on the website, their using their hands shaped like vaginas to make them talk. Wierd.

England and such.  They have much more risque commercials in Europe than here!
