I tried googling it and found it may just be from hormones. I thought maybe it was growing pains, but it's only that one side....so I hope not...that might look a little strange. Anybody else have an idea why?
I have heard an OWT that if one boob is bigger than other, it could indicate sex of baby...like if left boob is bigger, or right boob is bigger. haha. Mine have actually evened out, my left was a teeny tiny bit bigger before and now I can't tell, funny.
Anyways I get the same little twinges/spasms. My boobs were very sore for a good chunk of first trimester, but now they feel normal with random twinges.
I had that last week. It was like a sharp pain from the back (inside) of my breast to the nipple. It went away though and hasn't happened since. I have been getting similar sharp pains in my groin area.
