6 flags with a 3 year old?

We are going to take DS to 6 Flags next weekend, it will be our first time taking him to an amusement park. And our first time going to 6 flags, so we don't know this park at all. Any tips? Things we have to take or do that might not be obvious? Our plan is to just focus on the kid stuff this time, and not worry about hitting any of the "adult" rides. If we do, bonus, if not, oh well. Thanks for any input!
