are you using one? if so daily or how often? I have a bad back and threw it out today, its miserable! I think the weight of my belly may have triggered it along with my lack of sit ups since being preg. Im wondering if I should buy one if it would help, I keep wanting to hold up my lower belly, Im carrying very low and I cant imagine as I get bigger if Im already feeling this now at almost 25 wks

if you have one you like could you recomend the brand or style of it? TIA

I bought the Motherhood Brand at BRU its called the ultimate maternity belt or something like that.  I wear it around the house while I'm doing housework or if I'm going to be on my feet often.  It's not comfortable to wear when sitting down.  It has adjustable velcro.  If you get this one get one or 2 sizes bigger it runs small.  Or try it on in the store if you can good luck.

I also bought one at BRU but I don't remember the name of it.  It basically comes in 3 parts so it adjusts for you as your grow.  I use mine if I am up a lot.  It does help with back support since it has support for your stomach and your back.  The third part is a band that goes over the top of your stomach.  I don't usually use this part often.

This is the one I have too! I bought one from Buy Buy Baby but it was not comfortable at all so I bought the one from BRU...it was $30.
