Ughh I need help! Rash?

So DD has been back and forth between sposies and cloth due to DH not being completely on board.. Yesterday I put her in a fuzzibunz OS and a BG 4.0 and today shes broke out in a rash across her area and on the insides of her legs. Its like little red dots.. What can this be? Im so flustered as it is because of her dad not being on board and he says to me , well maybe she cant wear cloth diapers!! Makes me so angry.

I dont know if this helps but she just got off Amoxicillin for strep throat... and I notice on her top gums where her front teeth are ( supposed to be ) there is a white spot... I cant tell if its a tooth or thrush.. Im so FRUSTRATED.

Any Advice would be appreciated.. thanks for reading this jumbled mess...

ETA: I just noticed white dots on her upper gums  UGH Looks like we have a yeast battle going on again.. and we were JUST back in cloth... Thrush too? Ugh . Im so defeated.

DS battled yeast before, but now has little red dots in his area down there, too. We just happened to be at the ped yesterday for his 9 month check and she said that what he has is just heat/contact irritation and that it will happen in sposies or cloth (she's a cloth supporter, woohoo!) no matter what, especially this time of year and especially if LO is moving around a lot (DS just started crawling last week so his lower half is seeing a LOT more action these days). Perhaps that's what's going on with your DD?

If it's little dots, it could be yeast.  Antibiotics make people more susceptible to yeast.  If regular diaper rash cream doesn't clear it up, it probably is yeast.  You can use lotramin, cjs yeast formula, or a prescription from your pedi.  Yeast happens in disposables or cloth.  Hope the rash clears up soon!
