2nd time moms....

Hi girls!  This is my 2nd baby.  I don't remember feeling so nausous all the time.  It is a milliion times worse this time around.  I have actually almost threw up a few times, never happened last time.  I don't know if it's because it's my 2nd or that I'm not able to "rest" as much now that I have a tot running around!  Anyone else feel worse this time around?

About the same. Nauseous all the time.  Fatigued.  Bloated.

I think when we were TTC #2, I briefly forgot how horrible it was to be pregnant with #1.

Yes, this one is worse for me, too (my DD is 22 months and I'm 12 weeks).  I honestly think it's just because I can't baby myself as much because I have a little person needing things all the time.

This is my third, but I'm totally finding that each pregnancy is different. With my first two, I was a little nauseous, but nothing bad. This time around I've been put on meds to control the nausea. So not fun.

I never threw up at work with my 1st.  I just got done throwing up so right there it's worse because it sucks throwing up around co-workers.  I was feeling alright until I ate an apple and I've been feeling sick ever since.

I remember last time feeling pretty awful but I've been more gaggy this time around.  I was in the middle of the supermarket on Sat. I had just sampled some nectarines and plums in the produce section and randomly started getting a juicy mouth and my stomach started churning and had to abandon my husband and daughter in the cereal aisle and run for the front door.  I puked in some bushes on the side of the building...it was awful.  What's annoying is I feel car-sick all the time and just randomly have to puke, I get about a 1 minute heads up to find a garbage can or I'm in trouble.  I get nervous about being in crowds because you really can't control yourself  when your body has made that decision to evict your lunch.

Almost everything is different with this LO: nausea still 24/7 but not nearly as bad (not throwing up or dry heaving nearly as much), smell aversions almost seem worse; EXHAUSTED (of course, I spend a lot of time chasing, and playing with, DD now); bad gas paind; heartburn; and oily skin.

I KNOW I forgot how much 1st tri sucks.  *ugh*

Absolutely. Welcome to pg #2. I never threw up with my 1st. With this pregnancy I throw up a minimum of once/day. It's been as many as 3 on bad days. Also, the bloat is awful! I"m already showing. oye!

I had HG with my first, but I felt nauseous sooner with this one.  It has been mild so far, but it does worry me that it's going to get much worse than I had before, just because it came on so much sooner.  Literally my first day of nausea with this one was 10 dpo.    Yikes!

Its my 3rd but each pregnancy has been completely different from the other.

Well, glad to know I'm not the only one!  I so hope it doesn't get any worse!  I'm only 6 weeks and still have a ways to go till 1st tri is over!  UGH!  You want a baby so badly, but then you always forget about the pains of pregnancy!!!  LOL!

You are not alone. This 2nd pregnancy is feeling different already and I am not very far along. I am feeling SO tired, peeing a ton and getting nauseous in the morning and at night before bed, which I never got with my first. Have not actually gotten sick yet though!

YES! I am taking a nap with my daughter every day and I was working full time when I was pg with her so I don't think it's rest. My husband says he remembers it being the same, but I never threw up in my office. This is the worst thing I've ever gone through ever.
