How do you organize their clothes/closet?
I do have a 4 drawer dresser in DS's room now, but when the baby comes he is going to keep 3 drawers (PJs, shirts, and pants drawers) and the top drawer will have both of their sock baskets and a basket of hats for her.
In the closet I have a canvas tote hanging down that will hold both of their shoes. Of course we will hang up as much as possible, but what about the rest of her clothes? I was thinking of one of those plastic caddy's with pull out drawers, but I wanted to check to see if you ladies had any better ideas.
Re: If you don't have a dresser in your childs room...
We have a dresser and the intent to put it in the room (but that intent has been there for a year)--MH said he would do it while we were gone to the beach...nope.
Anywho, DD has all of her clothes hanging in her closet and we have a cute organizer (its pink, green, yellow, etc) that has her undies, Pjs, scarves/hats, dance clothes, socks, etc
Ds has a small closet and a set of four plastic stackable drawers (deep drawers, hold a good amount.) No dresser in his room.
All long sleeve shirts are hung up on the rod. He can reach them now with a small step stool. The Rubbermaid drawers stack directly on the floor underneath where his shirts hang.
In the 4 drawers: pants/shorts, short sleeved t-shirts, socks/underwear, pajamas/sweats. That's it. Pretty simple.
