We've had to use saline drops since the first week we brought Sophia home from the NICU. We purchased the infant/children's drops from CVS. You can find them at most drug stores and Walmart.

I've seen them at CVS, but got mine off of Amazon because I was at home & lazy when I thought I should get them (free shipping). I haven't used them yet!! I feel like I'm going to blast his brains out with them. Ughh. He's been so congested...must get over that irrational fear
