What size shoe is your LO in? Ruby is 19 months and in a size 7. I'm thinking that's big but I'm not sure...I can't remember what size my other 2 were in at that age!
18 months and size 5...his feet haven't grown much in the past few months.
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasured day you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart...let me hold you while I may."
My 20 month old is in size 6 and he has big feet, so I'd say your LO has feet on the large side. Personally, I absolutely LOVE my DS's feet. They are the cutest. When I am changing his bottom, I ask him where his stinky feet are and he puts them up to my nose. Too cute!

We went to the specialist yesterday because of Ruby's overall growth being pretty mush off the charts (she's 34.25 inches, 29 lbs) and I just wanted to compare because her foot and hand size is one thing they measured.

Just curious why you would go to a specialist. Allie is pretty much the same at 20 months (but hasn't grown a lot since 18) and the doctor thinks it's normal. There are tons of bumpies with kids that size and Allie has friends who are bigger than she is, and many who are the same size. Definitely not abnormal!
I think my daughter has little feet. She's almost 20 months and still wears a 4, but it does seem like her shoes are starting to get a little small. I'm kind of hoping we can make it through the summer before I need to buy 5s though.

Are you and/or H tall? Me and H both have big feet and LO is following suit. At 18 months, he is a 6.5/7.

Her ped was initially concerned because her head jumped off the charts at about 9 months and is still growing and she also had high muscle tone in her legs and walked late (17 months). So she wanted us to see a geneticist to see if any of these things are related. The geneticist said that her overall growth (height & weight too) have all jumped - she started in the 25% range and has jumped to over 100%. That's "unique" she said. So they think she may have a growth condition, but thankfully she won't end up a giant as an adult and the "condition" seems to be pretty mild, thank goodness.
Almost 18m and a size 6. Although I can't find flip flops to save my life.. .He needs like an 8 for the width and a 6 for the size. Doesn't make sense. He doesn't have really fat feet. Tennis shoes & sandals fit fine, just not flip flops.
DS is almost 18 months and he was measured yesterday at a 5.5. But both DH and I have small feet for our heights so I am not expecting him to have huge feet.
DD2 is in a 7 and has been for a while! DD1 was in a 7 last Fall, at almost 3! She's now in an 8.5.

She's in a 7. She's off the charts in height (about 35 inches) and weighs about 29lbs.

I remember DD1 was in a size 5/5.5 at that age.
Meanwhile DD2 is only 15 months, and her size 5s are already getting snug.
DS is almost 18 mos. and is in sixe 6---he has fat feet I love to nom on!
5- even though they're all too big on her (but 4's are way too small)
