Oopps...I outed myself!

My DH and I are in the process of purchasing a single-family home, but we need to rent out our condo (we tried to sell for months with no luck). So, I have been showing it to people for the last week or so, and they always ask why we are leaving the place.  Since they are all strangers I always tell them that we are expecting our first child and need a bigger place.

Well, yesterday two guys agreed to rent, but after a discussion I found out I work with one of their girlfriends (what a small, small world).  Of course, this was after I had already told them why we were leaving.  Oopps...I guess my whole work will know pretty soon.  

FYI--I'm fine with this and think the whole thing was pretty funny.  I'm also just glad our place is rented out!

It is a small world. Isn't that true? Well, good to hear you got your place rented.

ETA: of course he may not think to tell his girlfriend that you are pregnant. Guys aren't usually as interested in pregnancy than we are. He might just tell her he is renting your house.
