A friend of mine is considering cloth!!! I really don't think it would have ever crossed her mind if half of my posts on FB weren't about cloth. I'm taking fluff to her house tomorrow to show her the options! Super excited.

You know I would be interested to know the difference between say 1999/2000 ish to now in diaper sales. Surely there has to be a decrease. I know so many mommas who CD now and back then I didn't know anyone and all the ladies I know who had babies during that time think I'm off my rocker. I'm working on convincing a friend to start, OS diapers would be perfect for her as she has two boys very close in age(less than 1 year apart) so she would get lots of use out of them. She has 3-4 other friends also who cloth diaper. Plus one of my friends is TTC and after seeing mine and all my talking about it has decided she will CD also.

All of my friends thought (and think) I'm crazy. Then one posted last night on FB that she hated spending so much on diapers each week (2u2) because her kids can only wear Pampers (ick!!!!). Anyway at the end of her post it said...I shoulda used cloth! . I thought she was joking, so I just "liked" it so as not to cause a war. But after a little while people got to talking about it and I realized she might actually go for it. So I told her I'd bring some by to show her how it works. No one around here does so there is no one to get recommendations from. I doubt she's going to want to go through trying every single system. I have a feeling she's going to like the same stuff I use, but I have found some cheap ways for her to try the ones I don't have.
