I should know this ... Redness only on foreskin?

That's a detergent issue isn't it?

 The boy toy was in sposies all weekend, out of town, and all of his redness went away. We're back in CD for 24 hours and his foreskin is turning brighter and brighter red. It's practically a sore between the foreskin and head of his penis.

 Help!

Do I just need to rinse more? I have 3 bags of RnG to use.

I don't know if that's specifically detergent related, but it can't hurt to see if you have residual detergent in the load.  Start a rinse cycle and then pause the washer partway through to see if there are any bubbles left.  Let it sit for a few seconds to get rid of agitation bubbles, and any bubbles left at that point should indicate there's still detergent in the load.  Keep rinsing until you don't have bubbles left.

And ouch   Poor boy.
