Juice is usually once a week with Sunday dinner for both girls. Just a few oz in their water cup. They'll also have it if we're visiting aunts/uncles or grandparents, which is fine with me.
Dessert is almost nightly. Sometimes it's a piece of fruit, sometimes it's 3 trader joe's kitty cat cookies (seriously tiny amount... 15 cookies is 100 calories), sometimes it's something else if we have something else in the house. They only get dessert if both girls eat a decent dinner (doesn't have to be a ton of food, I give them pretty small portions to start but they have to have tried everything and eaten all their vegetables).
Juice never. I tried it at about 9 months she did not like it so never triend it again. Dr said no biggie.
Dessert every so often in term of cookie/cake. Birthday parties she will share with me. Her grandmother does give her vanilla ice cream every so often. She sees her on Wed's. Fruit all the time.
