I think it's in the same class as benadryl and other antihistamines, and if I recall correctly, it's safe as in it shouldn't cause harm to your nursling, but it could make them tired (which is a bigger issue with small infants), and it can impact your supply since it is drying.
I've taken it several times over the course of several years while nursing and it hasn't cause huge issues. I do know that it makes me produce less milk but at the time, it wasn't that big an issue. I took it on our flight to the Philippines last year when I got super sick and I crashed right out, but C was still really awake. Poor DH!
I don't know, but to neon the safe side you may want to try Seabands or PsiBands for nausea instead. They work great for me and for my youngest who gets carsick.
