notifications of someone replying to your post

Does this exist?  If so, how do I implement?  For now I have just been periodically checking all my posts.

    Try sorting by last post date (at the very bottom of the board). It helps keep the most active topics at the top of the page.

     

    I just discovered this yesterday and love that feature!
