I'm kinda lacking in inspiration because we don't have much on hand. Couple of these meals I had planned over the past couple weeks but never made it for whatever reason.
Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Lasagna, Salad, Bread
Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs, Rice, Salad
Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Fries, Corn on the Cob
I'm hoping I can convince DH to go out to eat one day this week. As much as I enjoy cooking, I need a break.

Mon - Greek Turkey Burgers, cherry tomato salad
Tues - BLT pizzas
Wed - grilled veggies over risotto
Thurs - baked coconut shrimp w/peach-pineapple salsa, jicama salad, rice
Fri - either leftovers or take-out
Tonight we're having grilled chicken, squash and zucchini casserole, fresh field peas and tomato salad.
The rest of the week in no order:
Low country boil, (sausage, shrimp, corn, potatoes) not sure if I'm going to grill it on kebobs or cook it all together and fresh green beans
Tilapia, spinach and brown rice pilaf and a watermelon salad
Beef tetrazini, salad
I'm going to my aunts house later this afternoon a help myself to tons of fresh vegetables out of her huge garden so I might switch it up depending on what she has the looks good.
I'm kicking it for all the non-gourmet chefs ;-)
Monday - Rice, Broccoli and Veggie Chicken nuggets
Tuesday - make your own sandwich night
Wednesday - Josie's grilled rosemary garlic chicken thighs, grilled zucchini, grilled egggplant
thursday - grilled spare ribs, grilled squash, mac n cheese
friday - the whole family (my parents, ILs, aunts) will be here, I'm guessing someone will cook something or order out.
Saturday - BIRTHDAY PARTY DAY
Sunday - Birthday day dinner...danielle said she wants to go somewhere her daddy will like (that means it has hamburger)
