how much did your lo weigh when they outgrew their size one? ans at what weight did they fit into size two? what did you do in that between stage?

 my los size 1 still fit him but they are always leaking around the legs and waist. i'm tired of this. it mostly happens at night

Are you using thirsties covers with a prefold/fitted? Also, are you wicking around the legs, or actually leaking? Either way, more absorbency may help.

We have some thirsties pockets for DS in size one. He is about 12lbs and no leaks. They are our overnight diaper too.

We just switched to the size 2 and DS is probably around 16 pounds (guessing since he hasn't had his 6 month appt yet).  I had huge leaking problems with my thirsties duos for awhile until I realized that the elastic of the leg gusset had gotten totally stretched out.  I contacted thirsties and they replaced all 4 covers right away and we haven't had problems since. 

 I don't use them for night time though.  Especially when he was getting close to growing out of the size one, I couldn't get enough absorbency to fit inside the cover.  I have better luck at night using my rumparooz one size cover and I use a medium prefold (Imagines from Nicki's diapers) plus one of his newborn prefolds as a doubler and no leaks with that.

i forgot to specify. i use duo diapers and the duo wraps with prefolds. there are times when they leak from the top back of the diapers and also around the legs, i think lo is about 15 lbs. he's a month away from his 6mo check up
