Yes, I've read kellymom. But how did you know that you had one?
Diagnose me, por favor. I have the following symptoms:
Very sore spot on my boob, hurts a little without touching it, hurts a lot to the touch
Generally achy, but I also have a cold or allergies so that might be why.
I am lactating out of that boob just fine.
There are no lumps or protrusions.
Re: How do I know if I have a plugged duct?
Dx with endo & blocked left tube - TTC #1 for 29 cycles before miracle BFP, #2 - Surprise!!
My TTC/PG blog / Panda Phenomenon Explained
Sounds like a plugged duct, but with feeling achy, could have progressed to mastisis. The pump/nursing would get rid of one pretty quickly for me. If it doesn't hurt too much, massage the area while pumping/nursing to help.
ETA: Mine always felt like a hard lump.
