Yes.  I asked.    The nurse AND lab tech say I have to stay.

Guess they don't want me sneaking off for a Frosty or something.  Come on!

the lab I did it asked where I was planing to go, they just wanted to be sure I'd be back on time.

sucks to be stuck there, but if you get to go sans munchkin, think of it as a mini vacation!

They should install a pedi station and/or massage table.  Wouldn't that be great?
