What's the best kind of teething relief?
DD already has some teethers but I don't think she gets relief from any of them.. They're just too hard. I read somewhere though that rubbing a "frozen" washcloth on LO's gums is actually better than letting the baby chew on a teether.
Thoughts? TIA

Re: Call this a dumb question but..
Thank you! I just worked on it an hour ago. I'm tired of my old flashy siggy. LOL
I've heard there are teething tablets that they chew on and just dissolve. I haven't tried those yet. I give my DD a cold wash cloth (not frozen) to chew on and she likes Sophie.
Love the picture!
I let DS chew on frozen teethers and frozen washclothes. I don't rub it for him - he just chews away until it melts. It's funny to watch becuase you can hear him kinda moaning in relief.... LOL.
Also - I was told Chamomilla (tablets or liquid) works pretty well.
Hylands teething gel or tablets. We use frozen washcloths too as per my moms suggestion (I guess I loved them)

I wish DD had a Sophie..
Haha thanks
Haha I hear those "moans" whenever DD chews on her fingers. Makes me wonder though if she doesn't end up hurting herself sometimes.. Or maybe the relief just makes her forget about her sore fingers LOL
yeah DD likes to chew on those too.. and there goes the connection. (d'oh)
right now I can't believe I even started this thread. i never thought of this sooner, thanks
thanks! i think she's channeling her inner lady gaga..
^ LOL....
