Success after IF

Would you let your 10 month old eat activia yogurt?

Not as an everyday thing but more because our hotel offers it as part of their complimentary breakfast? Are the probiotics in it ok for a baby?

Re: Would you let your 10 month old eat activia yogurt?

  • A) all yogurt is exactly the same in regards to "probiotics" - Activia got sued and lost for false claims so yes, I'd give it - even everyday

    B) Probiotics are healthy, even in capsule form, for eveyone. Its what regulates your natural flora.

  • Yep.  They sell probiotics for babies...so yogurt with probiotics is perfectly fine.

I don't know, it makes me crampy. ALso, it has fake sugar which I am not in favor of giving a LO but once in a while it's probably fine.
