does this seem pushy?

DS will be starting preschool in Sept.   At registration, they said we will be getting a packet sometime in the summer with forms that need to be filled out including some that the pedi needs to fill out.

Since I'm about to pop out kid number 2 any day now, I'll be at the pedi for well baby visits several times before school starts.  

Would it be pushy/annoying if I called and asked the school to send me the dr forms early so I give them to the dr's office while I'm there?

Not pushy at all. They should have those forms handy,

Nope. I asked my son's preschool if I could turn in his form a few weeks late, cause his well child was after the due date for the forms. I didn't want to pay for an extra visit just to fill out the forms.  They'll do it. : )

I don't think it would be pushy or annoying.  I know at our preschool, the teachers have to be the pushy ones to get parents to return ANYTHING, so showing a little initiative will probably win you a few points.

agree.  I asked for DS1's school evaluation to be early when I was pregnant with DS2.  I didn't want to be doing it w/a newborn.  The school was fine with it.

Not pushy but chances are either no one will be there or they won't have the packets ready to send out.  I know a lot of the staff at my kids school is not there for a good portion of the summer or if they are, work very reduced hours.
