my only issue with them, is I've gotten a few calls about not being able to find my registry. BRU eliminates you if the person searching puts in the wrong city (although it's not required). So I think they are causing me to not get a lot of things bought because people put in the big city that I live by which is also where the shower is...and it shows that there is no one registered by my name..

I have had this exact issue! My mom called me twice today because her friends were having trouble. I'm in PA and I think people automatically assume i live in Philly but I dont.

ugh, bump burp! I'm not sure why it did that, but sorry.
I think they should take the City option off of their search page if it's going to be an eliminating factor. I would much rather people call me and ask than just assume that my registry doesn't exist, it's aggravating!

I've had at least 3 incidents (that I know of) where items are not coming off of my registry. I witnessed the last one personally so I know there is something funny going on with my registry. I have asked several different BRU employees about this and they don't have an answer for me as to why it keeps happening.
For Original poster it sounds like to me that maybe the person who bought it might have gotten a coupon for it right after they purchased it and decided to return the irtem and repurchase at the lower price. I have had a couple of issues witht the registry at BRU but I have just challked it up to stupid computers. Remember a computer is only as good as the human who porgramed it! GL!
