Has anyone tried "Seattle Knife Sharpening"? https://seattleknifesharpening.com/ 

Are your knives still sharp months later? Any idea how they compare to other (eastside) choices? 

Mama to Z - 5.5 years, G - 3.5 years, & M - 1.5 years.

    I have been intending to use this service, but I haven't gotten around to it. I think if you have nice knives, this type of service is worth it.

    IVF #1 ET 1 d3 embryo 10/30/11 BFP
    3 Embryos frozen (1 d5, 2 d6)

    DS born 07/29/12

    FET #1 ET 1 d5 embryo 02/10/15 BFN

    FET #2 1 d6 embryo didn't survive thaw, transferred last d6. CP :(

    Not sure.  DH bought a really nice knife sharpener and does all of our knives now, and it's great.  We did it on the cheap knives first, ended up happy and now use it on our expensive knives.

    We have a Smith's V Sharpener, so it holds everything at the right angle for your knives.
