DD doesn't nap anymore and we ususally don't do a quiet time either. If I see she is tired during they day, I will let her rest on the couch with a show.

We do baths every other night, although in the summer it's often every night. Bathtime is around 7:45, then I take DD2 to bed and DH takes DD1. (If we skip baths, I take DD2 to bed around 8:00, and DH takes DD1 to bed around 8:30.) He reads her two books, then turns off the light and turns on her music and turtle nightlight, then lies in bed with her and chit chats and/or sings her a song. (Lying down with her was something I never wanted to do, but he took over once DD2 was born and now we're stuck doing it.)
DD1 naps three or four times a week, usually around 1:30 (or whenever I can manage to fit it in with the DD2's schedule), and sleeps for about an hour. We don't do quiet time if she doesn't nap.

First off let me preface my kids don't wake up until 8:30 or 9 so our schedule is later than most people's here. Our nanny and I are both not morning people and this lets me do my job until late into the night.
Okay with that said at 8:30 we all have our pre-bed snack (normally some milk and some Ritz crackers). At 8:45 we brush teeth. At 9 we all sit on the couch and read a bible scripture out of their baby bible and sing a song. Than we put the twins to bed by 9. At 9:30 after he has had a little more snuggling and a couple of books we put Harmon in bed,
Mom to Harmon 1/17/08 and twins Rachel & Callum 8/28/09
At 7:15 she goes in and gets her pajamas on and then we get her vitamin and brush her teeth. We read a book and then she gets 10-15 minutes of reading time on her own. When her time is up we go in and take the books away and give her hugs and kisses. We turn on her music and say good night. She will usually sit up and talk to herself and play in her bed for 30-45 minutes (sometimes even longer) before she falls asleep. She just needs the time to unwind.
She's typically sleeping before 8:30 but tonight it's 10:00 and she's still awake in her bed.
She naps from 1-3 most day when she's not in school.
We have a 15mo and a 4yo. The routine is pretty much the same for both of them, and at the same time. We start around 8pm, with dessert, jammies, and teeth brushing. Hugs and kisses, then DH reads a book and snuggles with DS1 for a bit, while I do the same with DS2. More specifically for DS2, I put him in a sleepsack, turn the fan and lullaby music on, read his bedtime book, then snuggle and rock until drowsy and lay in his crib. More specifically for DS1, DH (or me sometimes) lay in his bed with him and read a book, turn the music on and the lights out with a small night light on, then lay with him in his bed for a bit, say goodnight, and close the door. It's rare he doesn't fall asleep on his own from there.
DS doesn't nap anymore. That being said: we have lunch at 1230 and quiet time after lunch for about 1 hour (playing in his room, reads books, does puzzles). Then we have dinner around 545/6pm. Usually finish up by 630 and do bath at 645/650. At 7pm we go to the bathroom and brush teeth and read books until 720/730. He's nearly always asleep by 8. He wakes at 645/7am every day. HTH!
Our DD is 3 years old now and isnt taking any naps anymore. She usually wakes up around 730-8am and sometime after lunch around 12-1230 she relaxs on the living room floor w/ a movie for about 30 minutes (plus or minus). We start her bedtime routine about 700 with a bath, lotion, jammies. Then let her watch a movie/do puzzle (something quiet) til her hair dries, unless she lets us blow dry it which is nearly impossible. After that around 8, we do teeth, potty, book, prayer, and then bed. Usually she's asleep by 845, no later then 9.

My older DD, 5 next week, rarely naps but if she does its for an hour. My 3 year old naps about an hour during the week at daycare and 1-2 hours at home on the weekends. Weekday bedtime is 7pm and weeknight is more flexible depending on what we are doing but tends to be between 7 and 8. OUr routine is pretty basic, wash up (bath or just using a washcloth to needed areas), PJ's, a glass of water or milk if they choose, their vitamins, brush teeth and potty, some books, some reading time alone in their room for 5-15 mins and then lights out.
