Car seat and harness ?

Forward facing the harness strap is supposed to be at or above the shoulders right?  I need to go double check all my car seats b/c I think I need to move them up.  But I also think that DD at under 30lbs and average height for an almost 2.5yo is above the strap for her Graco Comfort Seat.  Is that possible?  It is not like she has extremely short legs...wouldn't she need to look freakish to be that height and have shoulders too high for this seat?  This is our extra seat but since she still throws up in the car we have to use it somewhat regularly.  And I am questioning if DS fits in his Britax Marathon at about 41lbs and around 42 inches...off to check that in a few minutes.

My DD who was in the 95%, outgrew the Graco Comfort sport really early...we bought a Marathon and she was in that until age 4.  I remember GHM saying it has a short harness or something.   It was wayyyyy back when!!!

The graco comfortsport has a crazy short harness. At 42 inches, he's probably close to outgrowing the marathon.
