Quick! I need fashion help ASAP!

So I am really a slacker and just realized I have nothing to wear to my cousins wedding tonight (@ 6pm)-- Thankfully I had a non-maternity dress that looks pretty cute but its black. I need ideas of how to make this dress more summery-- what kind of shoes and accessories would help with that? It needs to be something I can buy in a store (I have a Kohls, Walmart, Payless and Target really close to me but I would be willing to drive to Crestview or Florence to get something)
