DD is allergic to dairy, soy, and eggs. She still nurses 4 times a day and I also give her rice milk + brown rice protein powder sometimes. I was wondering if anyone could recommend non-dairy, non-soy butter and cheese. And is there a good egg replacer? I know about using flax seed meal and water, but is there another product out there to use in place of eggs? Thanks!

Re: Dairy alternatives
exactly
i use all three and love it (it's dayia cheese - took me a while to get the spelling right for some reason)
this is the butter - i use it on EVERYTHING. i put some in his pasta, on bread, in baking. it replaced regular butter in my house.
this is the cheese - sprinkle it on hot pasta all the time and it melts like the real thing. I use it in practically everything. Makes great pizza.
this is the Ener-g replacer. You can also use apple sauce for baking. Obviously neither replace scrambled eggs. The only thing i came close to is pureed cauliflower and flour for that consistency as scrambled eggs -but boy was it nasty!
On my blog I've listed a bunch of brands of dairy and soy free items. I'm not very good at keeping up on it these days, but the link is in my siggy.

I have used it in my cookie recipes just fine. If you find that you have a problem you can always replace it w/shortening or a shortening substitute (palm oil, coconut oil, etc).
We use the Earths Balance Soy/Dairy Free "butter" as well. LO loves it on his pancakes, pasta, waffles etc...
We haven't tried any dairy/soy free cheeses yet.
