HOLY MOLY LADY! KUDOS to you for your weight loss! I feel like I just looked at that ticker and it said like 6lbs lost and now you're over 30!!!! YAHOOOOOO LADY!!!
Are you using a system (weight watchers, jenny craig, etc) or good old fashion way (read: no bread, only water to drink, etc)?
I lost 50 lbs back in the day and I need to do it again, I've only regained 20 (*through 2 pregnancies!) but I want to lose 50 again!

I guess sucking down my creamer ladden coffee isn't going to get me there, huh?!?!??!

Aww thanks -- I've had a rough time of it lately, the entire month of May I actually gained .6 according to my official weigh in (but it's back off as of June 2 so...). I'm doing Weight Watchers, which is the only thing that has ever worked for me. And working out very infrequently with 30 DS and walking. I'm considering changing my goal because really it hasn't been *that* difficult, I just have had some bumps in the road. I really am liking the new WW program, it's got a lot of great tools (and an awesome iPad app!) and for some reason it just really fits how I eat right now.
