NCDR: What is up with the weather?!

There is some tornado craziness and horrible thunderstorms coming through Mass right now.  These sort of things never happen up here! 

A storm with "3 inch" wide hail will be rolling by our parts sometime tonight.  

Craziness!  Stay safe, mamas!

I'm in Va - We had the light gray overcast like it wanted to maybe rain - and all of a sudden had marble sized hail bouncing off everything, then pouring rain, then nothing, blue skies.  Then back to thunderstorms - I don't get it either!

Stay safe tonight yourself - and hoping you don't get hail that big!

Yeah, Springfield is a mess. Did you see the video of the tornado over the Connecticut River? It was like something out of a movie, all of the water was being sucked up into the air.

We had tornado warnings last week in NC and I was literally standing in the nursery looking out the window and ready to grab DD at any moment.  Scary.

My mum mentioned the tornado warnings when we talked today. Crazy! She's in RI so wasn't super close but still close enough.

I did.  It was really scary!  The news all day has been about all the damage in Springfield.  So scary.  We aren't near it at all (thank goodness).  Today was much better weather!
