AW: I made a spectacular dinner, 2 nights in a row.

First, I am NOT a good cook, at all.  However, with me now SAH, I'm really trying to experiment more and at least attempt to make a few dinners a week.  Be a good little wifey and all that jazz Wink

Yesterday I made this, using the new Philly Cream Cheese Cooking Cream, here's a link to the recipe.  It was SO easy and my DH was head over heels for it.  It was really good.

Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

Today I made this and it was PHENOMENAL.  I actually ate two full servings, it was so good.  All I had to buy was this seasoning packet, a salmon, honey, green onion, and soy sauce (I didn't have any plain soy sauce so I used a Trader Joe's teriyaki-soy sauce that I had in the fridge).  I also made some plain white rice in my rice cooker.  Overall it was maybe 15 minutes prep, and the rice cooked for about 45 minutes, the salmon for 25 minutes.  I can't stress how delicious this was!

Anyway, I hope this helps someone else!  Don't be afraid to try new things, I'm so glad I tried both of these!

those look really good.  I really like to cook, but Chase is at an age (2 yrs) where he has to get into every ever-lovin thing while I'm in the kitchen.  So I try to keep it pretty simple but still good.  Those look perfect for that!
