BFP finally!

It's been awhile since I have been on the bump... Embarrassed we took the loss of our 1st baby very hard, and finding out on our 2nd Anniversary made it worse. It took a few months to want to try again and nearly 2 years after to finally get a BFP.

DH is very happy and worried. He doesn't want anyone family or friends to know until the doctor confirms the pregnancy on June 15 or until after the 1st trimester. I am undecided I want to tell my Mom, my best friend?s one whom is also pregnant but I also understand his concerns. 

I am estimating to be 4-8 weeks.  I'm questioning my last cycle it was on time, yet very short and very lite. Could that have been implantation bleeding???  If it was it would put me at 8 weeks.  If it was just a lite cycle I am only 4 weeks. 

Nevertheless, I am very happy and wanted to share my joy with those who understand what I have been through. I recognize some of the names from TTC after Loss board congrats on your BFP!!!  I am very happy to have moved over and glad to see others have as well.

    Congrats and welcome! It's possible that you could mistake implantation bleeding for a light period. I had it for about 5 days, but it was basically spotting the whole time. Sending tons of sticky baby dust your way!

    Welcome and congrats! Lots of sticky dust your way!

    I think all your DH's concerns are normal.  We agreed to tell close family after the NT scan, and extend to family and friends after the A/S.  Even then, I cracked and told my bff, mom and my sister.

    I hope everything goes smoothly for you!
