First Pregnancy, Doctor/Hospital recommends?

Hi all! Just found out last Friday that I'm pregnant! So excited, but also unsure what to do next. Obviously, I booked an appoint with OBGYN, but actually I just moved to the area and am wondering which hospitals/birthing facilities you all would recommend? I've had two friends give birth at Hoag in Newport and both had good experiences. Any thoughts on Hoag? Long Beach? Huntington Beach hospitals? alternative birthing centers? doulas and midwives? I live in Seal Beach.

Hoag for sure. My OB is Dr. Kent in Newport. Love her.

I had a great experience at Hoag and after visiting friends in other local hospitals after they had their babies and can now compare, I recommend it more than ever. My Dr was Jeffrey Illeck and I highly recommend him. Congratulations and good luck!
