moving pics from snapfish to shutterfly?

All my pics are currently loaded to snapfish.  I want to move some of them to shutterfly to do a photo book (heard theirs are better).  What is the quickest way to move the pics?

I'm pretty sure you have to re-upload the originals. If you try to save the images from snapfish to your hard drive. Yo u will end up with a lower quality image than the original. They don't want to make it easy to transfer photos to another service.

Lovely.  I downloaded it all just to snapfish.  I guess that will teach me to load things to the computer first.  ugh
