(Quick) Potty training tips

Hi, ladies.

I have a 2 year old DD and I think she's ready to move on to wearing panties.  She shows a lot of signs of readiness (she will even sit on the toilet voluntarily).  I really really don't want it to take months to get her potty trained.  Do any of you have any tips on how to potty train her quickly?

I reccomend going straight to panties.  We tried the pull-ups first and I think it delayed her big time.  Once I put her in panties only, it was only like 2 days and we were done.

Once in panties, what did you do? I mean, if she peed, how did you follow through?

We would say, that's ok, clean it up, and then put another pair on her.  It took 2 days around here and she was good to go.  Also, I took the potty into every room so we didn't have to run across the house to get to it.  She goes on the big potty now, but that was very helpful in the beginning.  I loved the Baby Bjorn potty chair because there was no seam for stuff to get caught in.  Also, Dillards sells little girls panties that are smaller and fit their little butts.  XXXS works better for DD than the 2T ones at Target in the multi pack.
