In a previous post there is mention of a GM diaper selling potentially
for $85 and I saw now that it's at $50-something. I don't get it. Can
someone please explain why people go crazy for these diapers? Why the
stalking for Friday stocking and the high resales on spots? Are they
like the most super fantastic diaper ever made or just the varied prints
(and don't the prints get covered anyway since they're fitteds and need
a cover? I'm not "hating" I seriously don't understand this. Thanks
for any insight.

Looky here.
Thank you!
Of course! :-) You can see you're not alone in your questions lol.
It seems the GM market has tanked a bit recently, though, so some of those FAQs may need to be updated if it doesn't rebound.
History of IF and 2.5 years TTC. The day we were to start our first IUI we received a call that changed our lives forever and 10 month old Olivia joined our family. Shortly thereafter we got a surprise BFP and baby 2 is due July 5, 2012
It's not the OP's fault but yeah I agree. I'm also done with not paying that much for a poop catcher.
The majority of them do not cost $80 or anywhere near that. You can get many, many prints for $35 plus shipping brand new. I know people think that's a lot to pay for one diaper, too, but when you think that they are supposed to cover about 3 sizes of diapers, then that's about $12 per size without the hassle of having to size up, so not unreasonable.
Plus lots of people do what you did and buy used, so they are even more affordable. I've used GMs since they began(I was one of the original testers) and I have *never* paid anywhere close to $80 for a diaper. I've never bought a GM for more than the $35 plus shipping.
