Hi ladies!  Hope everyone is doing well today. 

I got to see and hear the heartbeat at my last dr appt (6w4d).  The heartrate was 100bpm, and the Dr said it was a tad low, but nothing to worry about and that it should increase by the time I come back in 2 weeks.  He said the baby's size looked just right for how far along I was too.

I know he said don't worry, but I can't help but be a little concerned.  Is 100 low for 6 weeks?  Where were your little one's heartrates?

Do you think there is anything to the tale that it might be a boy if it's lower?

At 5 weeks 6 days mine was 101 BPM.  They said it was fine for how far a long I was.  I have my next u/s on Wednesday and my RE said it should be over 120 BPM by then.

Sounds good.  I think as long as it is above 100 they don't worry too much about it.

At 6w4d the babies heart rate was 120 bpm.  However, from all the reading I've done, they say that during week 6 drs expect the heart rate to be anywhere between 90-110 bpm.  Yours sounds like its right in there.

Thank you so much.  This makes me feel better.  I guess I should just be glad to hear a beat and not be so worried all the time.  Easier said than done!

At 6w6d it was 124 and they were pleased.

Our heartrate this morning (6w5d) was 145.  My RE said they "like" it to be over 115, but that since the heart just started beating recently she doesn't usually worry about the actual number.

At 6w2d my little bean's heartbeat was 114bpm. My doc said they would like it to be over 120 by 7 weeks, but that because it was so new that as long as it was over 100, they were happy.  When I go back I will be 10 weeks and she said they would like the hb to be over 150bpm. So, it looks like you are doing just fine
